Behind the "Too Much Service"

There are many things to be noticed in every time you go to the mall. Well, recently i notice something that is very interesting; which is the janitors way in cleaning the tabels, inside the Food Court. Every janitor has his own little area that he is responsible for, he cleans it before the customer sets there. Well, it seems that the cleaner cleans the table Before the customer comes + During the customer sets there + During the customer deciding to leave the table + After he leaves the table = the total is Four Times!

Let me explain it more, his duty is to clean the table two times; one after the customer leaves the table which means before the new customer comes; and the second time when the new customer leaves the table for another new one to come. This is his duty, but it seems that he likes to do the cleaning thing more than what his duty tells him for his own sake! Especially in fron of the customer he likes to do the cleaning thing. 

I see him during his cleaning ( the extra ones) looking how the customer reacts, and he tries to see the customer's hands direction whether to the bag or bocket or to anywhere. After he finishes, he tries to make himself a little bit busy in organizing the chairs and walking around the table waiting if the customer wants extra chairs or extra cleaning!


Because of this "too much service", people used to treat them arrogantly, as slaves, with superiority, and as if it is a duty to do "too much service" forgetting that this is something Extra, and for what they do it?

Any human needs some appreciation and motivation to continue living and working in Life. And it will be double if this human is one of the minorities: saying "Thank you", " Your cleaning is good" with two thumps up, and giving tip will encourage them to work more with smile, too!

What we see recently in many videos published about abusing the workers, and the weird treatment from the workers toward people is exactly because of the "Lack of Rights" for both of them
